The Children’s developmental Center is offering a 6 week summer program to improve fitness, gross motor skills, and overall body awareness. This program is directed by a pediatric physical therapist and a physical therapy assistant and will focus on fitness for generalized body conditioning through sensory-motor activities and games.
The goal of this program is to teach children a series of exercises to improve strength, balance, coordination, and overall better body awareness. The idea is to keep your children moving over the summer and make it fun through movement. It is designed for children ages ages 4-6 and ages 7-10, with or without special needs, who may want to improve their body awareness and generalized fitness.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The Center will offer this 6 week program for a self pay tuition of $200.
If your child is currently receiving physical therapy and Medicaid or Caresource is your primary insurance, it will cover the cost of this program; however, Molina, Paramount, Buckeye & United Healthcare Community Plan will not. We cannot bill Medicaid or Caresource as a secondary insurance. We cannot bill insurance if your child is not currently involved with therapy services, so you would need to self pay.
A sliding fee scale is available upon proof of income and approval and must be arranged in advance.
The camp fee of $200 must be paid in full by Friday, June 9th and is non-refundable once the camp has started
Please plan on attending all 6 sessions
